![]() I am now free of worry about managing music, and it is available anywhere as long as I have access to the internet. Basically you would have your own music streaming service (just like Spotify). Then my phone is using Plexamp as music player, and play them through Android Auto. All you need is a dedicated machine to host the program. Plex has other version for windows/mac/linux as well. ![]() ![]() My current solution: host an Unraid server with Plex docker. That also require me to make sure to keep track of the folder structure between the USB and storage location so that I don't just add duplicate files. However, it gets tiring when I have to bring it in the house and add new files every time I have new songs. The reason I ask is because I used to load all music into SD card and play through my Android head unit (in my old car). Click to expand.What is your backup strategy for those 100GB+ of music? Are they solely in the USB drive? Or do you have secondary storage somewhere that store those files? Do you regularly update them?
